Today, on the occasion of the start of the production phase of mineral pigments at Nilgoon Pigments, I would like to take a brief look at the common path we have taken from the early years to the present. This path is not only the story of the growth of a company, but also the story of the realization of a dream, overcoming challenges and the fruition of group efforts.
The beginning of a dream
In 2015, together with my dear colleague Dr. Rasoul Safdari, we established Nilgoon Pigments with the aim of providing innovative and high-quality products in the field of pigments. From the very beginning, we believed that we could play a pivotal role in providing raw materials for various industries and, by focusing on research and development, gain a share of the domestic and global markets.
Early Successes
Just two years after our establishment, in 2017, our “Nano Pigment” project was selected as one of the top national projects. This success was a confirmation that we were on the right path and gave our team a double motivation to look to the future with more confidence.
Leap to Industrialization
The year 1400 was another turning point in the company’s history. In this year, we launched an industrial project to produce 5,000 tons of organic and inorganic pigments annually. This project included the production of copper phthalocyanine organic pigments and chromate inorganic pigments as raw materials for the polymer, paint, coatings, and other industries. The implementation of this project demonstrated our commitment to meeting the country’s industrial needs and enhancing Iran’s position in international markets.
The Beginning of a New Season
Now, we are pleased to announce that the production phase of inorganic pigments at Nilgun Pigments will begin next week. This achievement is the result of the round-the-clock efforts of our team and the unwavering support of all investors, customers and colleagues.
Looking to the future
Our path ahead is still full of new opportunities and challenges. We are trying to gain a greater share of domestic and foreign markets by utilizing new technologies, developing production lines and expanding export markets. Also, maintaining environmental standards and social responsibility remains a priority.
